Acronym for : Wide area network. A network of computers that extends beyond the walls of a single building.

Web
The world wide web. The vast collection of HTTP servers connected together for the public consumption of web pages.

WWW
Acronym for : World Wide Web. A network of computers connecting the world.

WYSIWYG
Acronym for : What You See Is What You Get. A HTML editor that allows the author or web master to produce web pages by clicking buttons in a toolbar. More advanced editors allow for live resizing of objects (tables, images, etc) and drag positioning of objects.
